Delivery & Returns

We will always strive to ship orders placed between Monday to Friday before 1pm the same day, or the next working day if the order is placed at the weekend (excluding a small number of products).

We will aim to deliver your goods between 3 – 5 working days of you placing your order
We offer international shipping to Europe and USA & Canada, however, there is a cost of £9.95 to Europe & £14.95 to USA & Canada
All deliveries require a signature. We are happy to deliver to a work address if this makes things easier for you

Returns

If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase we will give you a full refund, or replacement, with no hassle and no fuss. All we ask is that you return the item within 14 days and that you return the item in its original unused condition. (unless there is a defect with the product).
